Important note
Regulus Rise Digital Solutions is currently a brand operated by Raeden Stores LLC. Regulus Rise Digital Solutions has not yet been registered as an assumed name/DBA of Raeden Stores LLC.
Once the assumed-name/DBA registration is completed, the legal identification in this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect the registered business relationship.
I would actually remove that final “Important note” from the public page once the DBA is registered. Until then, it makes the relationship transparent, but I don’t think you need to make the absence of a DBA a prominent part of the rest of the website.
