These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Regulus Rise Digital Solutions website, the Regulus Rise Websites application, memberships, educational materials, digital products, and related services.
Regulus Rise Digital Solutions is a brand operated by Raeden Stores LLC (“Regulus Rise,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing, accessing, or using our services.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise accessing or using services subject to these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the applicable services.
1. Our Services
Regulus Rise Digital Solutions provides digital education, applications, resources, and information intended to help individuals, entrepreneurs, creators, and small business owners develop practical digital skills and build their online presence.
Our primary educational product is Regulus Rise Websites, an application designed to help users learn how to build, launch, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve their own websites.
The application currently provides educational pathways for:
WordPress | Wix | Shopify
Regulus Rise may add, modify, update, replace, or discontinue particular lessons, features, resources, platforms, or services over time.
Regulus Rise may also recommend or promote third-party digital products, platforms, workshops, educational programs, coaching, communities, AI tools, and other resources.
2. Educational Purpose
Regulus Rise Websites and other Regulus Rise resources are provided primarily for educational and informational purposes.
Our content is intended to help users better understand website building, website management, digital tools, and related topics.
Regulus Rise does not guarantee that:
You will successfully build or launch a website;
Your website will operate without errors or interruptions;
A particular website platform will be appropriate for your needs;
Your website will generate traffic, leads, customers, or sales;
You will achieve a particular business or financial result; or
Following our educational materials will produce a specific outcome.
Your results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your decisions, effort, experience, market, business model, implementation, and the performance and availability of third-party services.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use our paid services.
Our paid services are intended primarily for adults.
By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method associated with your purchase.
4. Account Registration & Security
Certain Regulus Rise services require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
Restricting unauthorized access to your account;
Activities occurring through your account; and
Promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Your account is intended for your individual use, unless Regulus Rise expressly provides otherwise.
You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or share your account credentials with others for the purpose of allowing them to access paid Regulus Rise content without purchasing their own access.
5. Regulus Rise Websites Membership
Regulus Rise Websites is offered through a paid recurring membership.
Current membership options include:
Monthly Membership
$27 per month
Annual Membership
$227 per year
The applicable price and billing terms will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
If a price displayed at checkout differs from a price stated elsewhere, the price presented to you at checkout before purchase will control for that transaction.
Regulus Rise may change prices, introduce additional membership options, or discontinue existing options in the future.
Changes affecting existing recurring subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any applicable notice requirements.
6. Recurring Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
Regulus Rise Websites memberships are recurring subscriptions unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Regulus Rise and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription price and any applicable taxes at the frequency disclosed to you before purchase.
Monthly Membership
Monthly memberships automatically renew each month unless canceled before the next renewal is processed.
Annual Membership
Annual memberships automatically renew each year unless canceled before the next renewal is processed.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before your next renewal if you do not want the subscription to continue.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not reverse charges that have already been processed, except for verified duplicate or erroneous charges or where otherwise required by law.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring Regulus Rise Websites membership using the cancellation method made available through your account, application, payment-management system, or by contacting Regulus Rise if account-based cancellation is unavailable.
After cancellation, you will generally retain access to Regulus Rise Websites through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
After your paid membership period expires, access to paid lessons, features, resources, and other membership content may terminate.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or prorated refund for the current billing period except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
Canceling a subscription does not necessarily delete your account or personal information. Requests concerning personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Payments & Stripe
Payments and recurring subscriptions for Regulus Rise products and services are processed through Stripe.
By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize applicable charges associated with your purchase or subscription.
Stripe may collect and process payment information, billing information, transaction details, and information used for fraud prevention and security according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Regulus Rise does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information.
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, access to paid services may be restricted, suspended, or terminated after any applicable payment retry or grace period.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of Regulus Rise Websites and the immediate access provided to educational content, tools, and resources, all payments are final and non-refundable once access to the applicable paid membership or digital content has been granted, except as expressly stated below or as required by applicable law.
Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase or subscription period, please contact us. Once verified, the duplicate charge may be refunded.
Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a billing or technical error, please contact us so the transaction can be reviewed. Verified erroneous charges may be refunded or corrected as appropriate.
Refunds Required by Law
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Subscription Cancellations
Canceling a recurring membership prevents future renewal charges but does not provide a refund or prorated refund for a membership period that has already been paid for and accessed, except for verified duplicate or erroneous charges or where required by law.
After cancellation, you will generally retain access through the end of your already-paid billing period.
Failure to Use the Membership
Failure to use, access, or complete the educational materials during an active membership period does not qualify a purchase for a refund.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next renewal date if you no longer wish to continue your membership.

Do not send complete credit or debit card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial information through email, Instagram, or other messaging services.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Regulus Rise educational content and materials—including text, lessons, tutorials, videos, graphics, designs, downloads, worksheets, templates, branding, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to Raeden Stores LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your membership provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use Regulus Rise materials for your own educational and legitimate business purposes.
Purchasing a membership does not transfer ownership of Regulus Rise intellectual property to you.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
Copy or reproduce substantial portions of our educational materials;
Record or redistribute paid lessons;
Publish paid content publicly;
Sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute our materials;
Share paid downloads or account access with unauthorized users;
Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices; or
Represent Regulus Rise materials as your own.
You may use the knowledge and skills you learn through Regulus Rise to build and operate your own websites and businesses.
11. User Content, Feedback & Communications
Certain features may allow users to submit questions, messages, feedback, comments, or other content.
You remain responsible for content you submit.
You agree not to submit content that:
Violates applicable law;
Infringes another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
Contains malicious software or harmful code;
Attempts to interfere with the operation or security of our services;
Is fraudulent or intentionally misleading; or
Is threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Regulus Rise, you permit us to use that feedback to develop and improve our products and services without an obligation to compensate you.
Personal information submitted through communications will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Regulus Rise services only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account or our systems;
Circumvent security or access controls;
Improperly scrape, copy, download, or extract protected content;
Interfere with the normal operation of our website or application;
Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code;
Use our services to violate applicable law;
Fraudulently obtain access to paid services;
Share or resell unauthorized account access; or
Use Regulus Rise intellectual property in violation of these Terms.
13. Base44 Application Platform
Regulus Rise Websites is built and operated using technology provided by Base44, Inc. (“Base44”).
Your ability to access certain application features may therefore depend in part on Base44’s technology, systems, availability, and services.
Base44 is an independent third-party service provider. Regulus Rise does not control Base44’s systems and cannot guarantee that Base44’s services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Third-Party Website Platforms & Tools
Regulus Rise Websites provides education concerning third-party website platforms and services, including:
WordPress | Wix | Shopify
Our educational materials may also discuss hosting providers, domain registrars, themes, plugins, applications, ecommerce services, payment processors, AI tools, and other digital products.
These companies and services are independent of Regulus Rise unless expressly stated otherwise.
Third-party providers may independently:
Charge their own fees;
Change pricing;
Modify features;
Change their interfaces;
Update their terms or policies;
Experience outages;
Discontinue products or features; or
Change how their platforms operate.
Your use of third-party services is governed by each provider’s own terms, policies, and agreements.
Because digital platforms change frequently, screenshots, instructions, pricing, interfaces, features, or other information contained within Regulus Rise educational materials may occasionally differ from the current version of a third-party service.
We may update educational content as appropriate, but we cannot guarantee that every lesson will reflect every third-party change immediately.
15. Third-Party AI & Online Business Program
Regulus Rise may recommend or promote a third-party AI and online-business platform that provides services such as AI tools, education, coaching, community, workshops, and training related to building and growing an online business, including through platforms such as Instagram.
This third-party program is not owned or operated by Regulus Rise or Raeden Stores LLC unless expressly stated otherwise.
If you choose to attend a workshop, participate in a program, or purchase a third-party product or service, your relationship with that provider is governed by the third party’s own:
Terms and conditions;
Privacy policy;
Payment policies;
Cancellation and refund policies; and
Other applicable agreements.
Regulus Rise is not responsible for the performance, availability, representations, coaching, community, products, services, policies, or results provided by an independent third party.
Regulus Rise may receive referral, affiliate, or other compensation if you make a qualifying purchase through certain links.

16. Third-Party Costs
A Regulus Rise Websites membership does not include third-party products or services unless expressly stated otherwise.
Building and operating a website may involve additional expenses such as:
Domain registration;
Website hosting;
WordPress-related products or services;
Wix subscriptions;
Shopify subscriptions;
Themes;
Plugins or applications;
Ecommerce services;
Payment-processing fees;
Business email;
Stock media;
AI tools; and
Other third-party products or services.
You are responsible for deciding which third-party products and services are appropriate for you and for paying their applicable fees.
17. Affiliate & Promotional Relationships
Some links, recommendations, workshops, products, or services featured through Regulus Rise may involve an affiliate, referral, promotional, or other compensated relationship.
This means Raeden Stores LLC may receive compensation if you click certain links, register for certain services, or make qualifying purchases.
The existence of a compensated relationship does not change the price you pay unless specifically disclosed otherwise.
Where appropriate, Regulus Rise will provide disclosures concerning these relationships.
You remain responsible for evaluating whether any third-party product or service is appropriate for your needs.
18. No Business or Income Guarantee
Regulus Rise provides education, information, and digital resources.
We do not guarantee earnings, revenue, profits, customers, leads, website traffic, social-media growth, business success, or any particular financial result from using our services or implementing information provided through Regulus Rise.
Examples, illustrations, testimonials, case studies, or discussions of results, if provided, should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Business outcomes vary based on numerous factors, many of which are outside Regulus Rise’s control.
You remain responsible for your own business, marketing, technical, financial, and purchasing decisions.
19. No Professional Advice
Regulus Rise educational materials and services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, cybersecurity, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Information provided through Regulus Rise is general educational information.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when professional advice is necessary for your circumstances.
20. Availability & Changes to Services
We work to keep Regulus Rise services available, accurate, and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:
Maintenance;
Updates;
Technical problems;
Internet outages;
Security issues;
Third-party provider outages; or
Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, replace, improve, or discontinue features, lessons, resources, or other aspects of our services.
Material changes affecting paid memberships will be handled consistent with applicable law.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Regulus Rise services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant or guarantee that our services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, completely accurate, or suitable for every user’s particular needs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raeden Stores LLC, Regulus Rise Digital Solutions, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, our services.
This may include, where legally permitted, loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a claim relating to a paid Regulus Rise service will not exceed the amount you paid to Regulus Rise for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Regulus Rise services if we reasonably determine that a user:
Materially violates these Terms;
Shares or resells unauthorized access;
Engages in fraudulent activity;
Attempts to compromise our systems or security;
Uses our services unlawfully; or
Engages in conduct that materially harms our services, business, or other users.
Where reasonable and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation before termination.
Termination because of a violation of these Terms does not entitle a user to a refund except where required by applicable law.
24. Privacy
Your use of Regulus Rise services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, stored, and protected.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented to you in connection with a particular purchase or service, constitute the agreement between you and Regulus Rise concerning your use of the applicable services.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our products, services, pricing structures, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
When these Terms are updated, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.
For material changes affecting an existing paid subscription, we will provide notice when required by applicable law.
Your continued use of applicable services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
